Discover – We start with a quick video or phone call to get to know you and your partner. I’ll confirm your vision, budget, guest count, and top priorities, so we’re clear on what matters most to you from the very beginning.

Plan – Next, I create a clear, realistic timeline and simple budget framework. We’ll outline who is responsible for what, so you always know what’s happening, when it’s happening, and what’s left to do.

Design – Once the foundations are set, I put together a moodboard and overall décor direction based on your style, colours, and inspiration. This helps us visualise the day and make sure every element feels cohesive and “you.”

Build – Then I set up the practical tools: your wedding website, RSVP system, guest list and seating outline, plus links to suggested products, décor, and services. Everything is organised in one place to keep planning smooth and stress-free.

Confirm – As we get closer, I coordinate with your chosen vendors to confirm details, timing, and any special requests. I also prepare a final run sheet so everyone involved knows exactly what to do and when.

Handover – One week before the wedding, I send all final documents—run sheet, contacts, timelines, and key details—to your venue and on-site lead (such as the venue coordinator or trusted friend/family member). This ensures they have everything they need to run the day confidently while you relax and enjoy it.
What I do

Invitations – Help create and design invitations both for postal and online invitations (design coordination, timelines, print specs).

Wedding Website – Build and manage your wedding website with all details, registry links, FAQs, maps, and schedule.

RSVP & Guest List – Manage tracking of RSVP’s; spreadsheets for dietaries and plus‑ones.

Creative Help – Brainstorm décor ideas and provide moodboard guidance.

Sourcing – Curated links for décor, stationery, signage, rentals, and finishing touches.

Vendors – Shortlists and outreach (photography, video, florals, music/DJ, celebrant, cake, transport, etc.).

Seating Chart – Assist with seating plan, layout of venue and creating seating chart.

Run Sheet – Full day running sheet inclusive of getting ready, time vendors will arrive and complete their services.

Liaison – Coordinate virtually with hired vendors and your venue coordinator.
Note: I do not attend in person on the wedding day. I coordinate with the venue coordinator and your chosen on‑site lead (e.g., a friend/MC or day‑of coordinator).
