What is a Virtual Planner?

I offer virtual wedding planning for engaged couples hosting all kinds of weddings. I support you by guiding and educating you through each stage of the planning process, while allowing you to choose help in the areas you need or all areas—at a lower cost than traditional or full-service planning. The result is that you feel informed, confident, and in control as you create a celebration that’s perfectly suited to you.

Where are my services offered?

Anywhere in the world! I do most of our planning by email, phone, or video chat. Additionally, some hands on services could be handled remotely such as assembling and mailing save the dates or invitations.

What happens once I purchase your service?

Accepted Answer

You will receive an automatic email advising that I have received your enquiry. Then, I will be in touch within 1-2 business days to follow up on next steps! In addition to email and phone or video calls, I use Google Docs to make communication and tracking easy.

Who is the wedding planner?

I'm a one woman show and will be your point of contact from start to finish. No need to start from scratch with every email or phone call.

Question 5

I have a coordinator with my venue. Is Virtual Vow Planner still a good fit?

Accepted Answer

Definitely! In many cases, the coordinator helps with anything related to the day at the venue, but they’re not involved with hiring and managing other vendors, working through budget issues outside of their services, creating the week of or day of timeline, and so on. I’ll help with planning and then tie everything up with a bow for the coordinator.

Do you help with other events such as welcome or rehearsal dinners or post-wedding brunch?

We are considering an elopement or micro-wedding. Can you still help?

Definitely! Many facets of wedding planning apply even to small weddings or elopements.

We are fusing two religions or cultures. Can we work together? What about LGBTQ+ couples?
